Within ten business days, after our valuation experts have reviewed and if necessary revised the estimate, we will deliver your Final Disaster Loss Report. Each report includes an estimate of the Fair Market Value of your home immediately prior to the disaster, and - based on your input - an estimate of Fair Market Value following the disaster.
